Comms Sprint Terms

Last updated: September 18, 2026

These Comms Sprint Terms supplement and form part of the Honeyjar Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility. The Comms Sprint is available only to a customer with an active Honeyjar Subscription, whether monthly or annual. The Comms Sprint is a one-time Professional Service and does not renew automatically. Customer’s Honeyjar Subscription remains subject to its separate term, automatic-renewal, billing, and cancellation provisions.

2. Included services. The Comms Sprint includes two 30-minute working sessions with a Honeyjar communications professional and the preparation of communications strategy, recommendations, drafts, or related materials in Customer’s Honeyjar Workspace. It does not include additional sessions, ongoing representation, media outreach, publication, or external distribution.

3. Scheduling. Sessions must be held during the “Sprint Period,” which follows Customer’s Subscription term: (a) for a Customer on an annual Subscription, the Sprint Period is the annual Subscription term in effect at purchase of the Comms Sprint; and (b) for a Customer on a monthly Subscription, the Sprint Period is the 12 months after purchase of the Comms Sprint, for as long as the Subscription continues to renew without interruption. In either case the Sprint Period ends when Customer’s Subscription ends. The first session must be booked and held during the Sprint Period. The second session must be held no later than the earlier of: (i) 30 days after Honeyjar delivers the Comms Sprint materials to Customer’s Workspace; or (ii) the end of the Sprint Period. Unused sessions and services expire at the applicable deadline and do not carry forward beyond the Sprint Period. Rescheduling does not extend either deadline.

4. Fee and refunds. The Comms Sprint fee is the amount shown at checkout and is charged at purchase. Customer may cancel the Comms Sprint for a full refund at any time before the first session begins, provided the request is made before the Sprint Period ends. A Comms Sprint that expires under Section 3 without a first session is not refundable. Once the first session begins, the fee is non-refundable, including if Customer does not schedule or use the second session before the applicable deadline. A first session that is treated as used under Section 5 is deemed to have begun for purposes of this Section. A permitted rescheduling does not itself affect refund eligibility.

5. Rescheduling and missed sessions. Customer may reschedule a session without charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability and the deadlines in Section 3. A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend a scheduled session may be treated as use of that session.

6. Workspace access. Customer authorizes Honeyjar to grant designated Honeyjar Personnel administrator access to Customer’s Workspace as reasonably necessary to perform the Comms Sprint. Honeyjar will identify to Customer the personnel granted such access. Access will be logged, may be revoked by Customer at any time, including by request to info@honeyjar.ai, and will end no later than 30 days after completion or termination of the Comms Sprint. Access is limited to Workspace content and does not include an individual member’s private connected Gmail, Slack, calendar, chat history, or other connected-source data unless the member separately authorizes that access.

7. Recording. Comms Sprint sessions are recorded and transcribed. Honeyjar processes the recordings and transcripts through the Services, including AI Services, to prepare Customer’s materials. Honeyjar will give notice of recording at the start of each session. A participant who does not consent to recording should say so at that time, and Honeyjar will take notes instead.

8. Customer cooperation. Customer will provide timely, accurate, and complete information, instructions, feedback, and approvals reasonably necessary to perform the Comms Sprint. Honeyjar may rely on information supplied or approved by Customer without independently verifying it. Customer delays do not extend the deadlines in Section 3 unless Honeyjar agrees in writing.

9. Drafts and approval. Comms Sprint deliverables are recommendations, drafts, and advisory materials. Customer is responsible for reviewing them and deciding whether, when, how, and to whom they will be used or communicated. Honeyjar Personnel will not publish, send, post, or otherwise distribute a deliverable externally on Customer’s behalf without Customer’s affirmative approval of the specific communication and intended recipients.

10. No guaranteed outcome. Honeyjar does not guarantee publication, media coverage, placement, audience response, reputation, commercial results, or any other outcome. Customer is responsible for factual verification, claim substantiation, legal and regulatory review, and obtaining any required permissions, consents, or releases.

11. Ownership. Customer-provided materials and Comms Sprint deliverables stored in the Workspace are Customer Content under the Terms of Service. Honeyjar retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, templates, methodologies, technology, and general know-how.

12. Terms of Service. The indemnification, disclaimers, exclusions of damages, limitation of liability, and other risk-allocation provisions in the Terms of Service apply to the Comms Sprint, its deliverables, Customer’s use of them, and the Honeyjar Personnel providing the Comms Sprint.

13. Conflicts. If these Comms Sprint Terms conflict with the Terms of Service regarding the Comms Sprint, these Comms Sprint Terms control. The Terms of Service otherwise remain in effect.
